Simon’s career began with an apprenticeship at St John’s College, Oxford, before developing through respected Oxford schools, colleges and hospitality settings. Time at Jamie’s Italian Oxford, under the influence of Gennaro Contaldo, further shaped an approach built around generous flavour, quality ingredients and honest food.
Today, that experience is combined with the flexibility and warmth of an owner-led, family-run business.
