We know that no two weddings are the same so every wedding is approached with a blank canvas, and after an initial consultation to gauge the theme, feel and food likes, we will create a fully bespoke menu for you.
You could save yourself time, (after all there are so many things to organise when it comes to your wedding) and choose another caterer who has already created nice looking menus that they offer time and time again, there is nothing wrong with that or you could have the menu tailored exactly to you.

Whether you want to recreate your first holiday together in Greece with a Mezze table, or Anti-pasti planks with cured meats, cheeses and homemade chilli jam from your trip to Italy, we would include you in every step of the menu development, inviting you to a tasting, and to a final consultation meeting to finalize the menu.

You have guests with specific dietary requirements, no problem, your menu is completely bespoke so all your guests with dietary requirements will be included in the menu planning, and not an after-thought.
With Simon’s years of experience he will work with you to create the perfect menu for your special day, offering different ideas and menus. With many styles of catering available from seated dining, canapes, sharing platters, hog roasts, BBQ’s, hot and cold buffets and evening snacks to name a few.
